Halleluia&I love him so, and Take Your Shoes Off are me with Regina Ebinal (v), Jim Yorgan (b), Mick Heberling (d), John Crawford (p) live at the Harbor Lite Yacht Club in Racine in Sept.

Ommmm...Buds...Man, Chunky Funky and How High?  are solo work.   

These are all done with an  Akai EWI 4000s and a Boss Loop Station.

They are impromptu compositions. I begin with an idea (for example Zen Chanting ommmm...) lay down a bass line with the EWI on the Loop Station that sets a tempo.  Then noodle around a bit to come up with some kind of harmony background, lay that down in as many tracks as needed.  Then noodle a bit more to develop some lead ideas and lay them down.  I need to kick up the drums a little but it was my first use of this device (loaded from a good friend). 

As they are a little longer than a 'commercial' tune, I had to knock down the quality to about 172 K in  order to get Reverb Nation to accept it so the pureness of the patches is slightly compromised.
